Long enough I became drooling and incoherent when he didn't accept my submission. I didn't get knocked out but I was close enough.

I was in a torture rack for a very short time in one match. Would love for it to last longer next time.

Love long held holds and torture rack too.
But yah, the common problem is probably the heel would get bored easily; otherwise I would love to be trapped and bent in a rack for as long as possible lol

What I like to do to alleviate some of the boredom (not really the word I’d use) is add on some “trimmings” when I rack a jobber. Here’s a few I’ve done in the past.
1. Squats in front of mirror and toe bouncing (or jumps if he’s small enough)
2. Airplane spins in both directions
3. B4 lifting, tying a smelly sneaker around his head with his nose and mouth covered by the open part of the shoe.
4. Walking around to different rooms. Opening doors etc. as if he’s not there.
5. While still applying the rack, i once went to the fridge, grabbed a bottle of water and made him hold it and open it while I reapplies the rack. Then I grabbed it, took a drink while he was still racked and dumped some on his face for good measure.
6. Choking and smothering/face squeezing.
7. Reverse (upper) mandible claw
8. CBT (of course :) )
9. Then either throw him vigorously off my shoulders to the mat or bed OR sit or kneel down sharply for one last crack and letting him slump off

Its not hard to rack guys for a long time - issue is ... it gets boring when u've bend them like a pretzel and they are begging - ive kept gy up for over 15 min - putting on pressure and releasing.... Also depends on guys weight .... if under 180lbs can hold there for ages!

I long for the day I can take that kind of treatment again. Pre-neurosarcoidosis I was good for it ... now I have to be pretty careful but still crave that kind of punishment. Also love over the knee back-breakers with an elbow coming down hard into my navel repeatedly! I'm one of those jobbers who's a glutton for punishment.

Always love having a guy who's bigger, stronger and more muscular than I am torture the f*** outta me!

I have been held in a torture rack over a guy's shoulders for about 10 minutes. He also walked around with me racked which added to the pain. He was pretty big and tall and could have gone on longer I'm sure, but he took pity on me and put me back down on the ground after about 10 minutes

What's the longest you've ever held a guy in a torture rack for? One person told me that they held a guy in one for around 15 minutes. The longest I've ever even seen was like 2 minutes.

Has anyone else used a rack move like that on someone and if so, what was it like? Were there phases that your opponent went through? How did their behavior change over time?

I'd wanna rack ya for awhile.
