It's tough lifting guys, but I did lift a 250 pound guy in a gorilla press whose weight was more evenly distributed. Big gut guys that heavy are much harder.
Hi guys. Enjoy some safe and sane lift and carry wrestling that I have developed. Started off as liftee but now enjoy the challenge of lifting larger guys across my shoulders in a rack and pressing them too. Can accommodate in decent hotel with air-con. If you are up for a meet, please hit me up!
Same here... I’m still a liftee at heart, but I’ve come to enjoy lifting as well. However I’m still limited to people lighter than me till I can hit the gym again. I like all kinds of lifts... can likely gorilla press up to 165 lbs. 😉

Gorilla pressing a guy even 80% of your own weight is amazing. Pressing your own weight or more is just crazy strong.
