COVID EXCUSES not to Train.

I wouldn't exactly say lazy, more like "lost", at least that's what I felt during lockdowns and everything. It's easier (at least for me) to go work out and everything when your life has a clear schedule, instead of "nothing" the whole day. I'm hoping 2022 will go better in this area, but it's definitely a good lesson.

I hear this from guys on here every day: COVIDd has kept me from working out.........This is just about as LAME of an excuse as you can come up with. Why do you instead; Man up and say, I'm lazy and I like being fat and out of shape, and I like the fact that as I get older my body is GOING to get even worse. There are those very few of you who have MY attitude. I don't let anything keep me from working out every day. During COVID I haven't missed a single day. When my gym opened back up two months back I was there in addition to what I do at home.
this might help you. You dont need a gym to work out, you just need your attitude right. If you are a new fighter. check this out.
