Take my word for it, guys. This man is everything he says he is. I have been abs training with him by phone, and not only does it work well, but my abs can take anything these days. Go on my profile and see my videos. I could never have done that before.
This guy is helpful, friendly, a hoot! If you think you want to train with him, get ready for a great experience. And he does it free, can you believe?
I cannot recommend him any more highly.

I second all that ctrwash. RadnerBearman is for real. He does it all for free, expecting nothing in return except respect and your dedication in training. He's never going to push you into doing or eating anything which can hurt you – He's not selling any products or other gimmicks. A real asset for the folks here on MeetFighters. For you guys wanting a tough gut: follow his advice and you'll be in the top one percent of site members when it comes to taking repeated hard punches/kicks to your core.

It dosent matter if you wrestle, box, kickbox, play water polo, or do martial arts, being in the best shape you can be in is critical. The better shape you can be in, the more punishment you can take. I speak from experience. As a longtime Master Class boxer and 5 years as a kickboxer. Conditioning is everything. I know that the tougher your body is the harder you can be punched, kicked or kneed or punished. I have helped lots of guys on this site toughen up so they can take more punishing blows and deliver offensivly . You can take should the time to get your body in shape and enjoy and savor the punishment as only you can when your rock solid as well as aerobicaly conditioned. Let me know if I can help because older fighters need ti help younger fighters to become better combatants
