Spladles and electric chairs are great for a submission fuck.
I've done spladles with my tag team partners on a jobber, but never an electric chair.
Definitely going to practice that with my training partners.
Is there anyone in this group that would be in to practicing this whole leg ride series,that is spladles to splits to the truck, electric chair, twister * (in any order) in any order to improve our mutual techniques and muscle memory on doing these moves? If you are in or planning to visit Las Vegas even more so. Thanks
twister in jiujitsu is the same as guillotine in folkstyle (not to be confused with the guillotine choke in jiujitsu)

20/12/2024 19:21This is one of my favorite easy hold on my bjj game. When in place you just have to tune pressure and look at your helpless opponent tapping.
