this is an embarrassing match to me as a wrestler. joey nux continually overacts and makes sure his groans are audible with every breath, whether he's applying or receiving a hold. it's just plain silly.
neither of the full nelsons are convincing. they're obviously not well-executed and merely for show. and the show is pretty pathetic.
I don’t agree… both men execute solid Nelsons as well as other holds… both are considerably large dudes so applying any holds and practicing maneuvers would be considered difficult
the warlord used the full nelson as a submission back in 1991, and put several guys away with it, not all are on youtube, though.
there is a recent youtube video of him doing it again, where he uses it on numerous guys. personally, i would love to do it to the first guy who has the thick beard. of course, wearing a necktie will make him pass out even quicker.

and for years i've wanted to see tommaso ciampa locked in a full nelson. the last few days have granted me that wish for my birthday (although his chest is shaved), not once, but three times! he tapped but didnt pass out. maybe soon he will.
I didn't post the vid cause stuff appear and disappear on here, but the one that stands out is when Chris Masters had the Master Lock on Shawn Michaels. He just sold that move so well, it's golden.
I was able to see the vid of me being put in the full nelson. I just want to note it was really fun to sell, and very fun and very funny to look at.
curtis thompson (aka firebreaker chip, white angel), was a beefy bodybuilder, usually a jobber in wcw. but it appears that in puerto rico, as the white angel, he used the full nelson as a submission hold. however, i can find only one video of him doing so, and he pretty much destroyed his opponent rather violently.

the best part is when the cameraman moves to the side and you can see just how thick ed's upper body truly is, and how far downward his head is being forced against his huge chest.
the worst part is that marco did not put ed unconscious with the hold. damn.
the quality on this video is questionable – it's much sharper but still dark on the VHS tape i have of it.
what are your favorite full nelson videos online? here are three of mine. the video quality of the third one isnt great, but we're lucky it survived all these years.
