Fairly fit dad who enjoys the feeling of power and strength and is open to trying something new or different. Biggest concern is avoiding injury, so probably prefer to just watch for starters and see what kind of ball park/ intensity is present in the matches. I want to be able to keep and maintain my weightlifting so anything that inspires that or encourages that is welcome. Been lifting over 30 years recently moved to lighter weights to avoid injury as well. Prefer older folks to (over 40) to engage / grapple with, still learning, need to go a little slow.
