Mid 50’s. Masculine. Into biking, running, swimming, body-weight exercises. Trying to build the ‘perfect Roman physique’ or as close as I can get: ripped, lean, muscular. Definitely into combat arts / wrestling but not as versatile or experienced in those areas as I’d like to be. Workout 4 x week. Mountain biking is my off-day cardio (so def into Lycra, shorts). Into serious bating, semen retention for fitness, fat burning, working out (as of today 12 days; best is 69 days).
