Hello! For the majority of my childhood, I was into wrestling. Watching it, mimicking the moves, playing wrestling video games and the action figures. I took a break from being into wrestling for quite some time. What ignited my love for wrestling again was practicing Brazilian jiu jitsu. I've been training for several years now, and it was the gateway to get me to actually practice wrestling. I train bjj 3-4x per week and wrestling 1x per week religiously.
I believe our body is a work of art; how we are able to move our body and create mental chess with an opponent is fascinating to me. Watching competitive wrestling matches is INSANELY impressive - how these men and women can get out of the most horrible positions and wind up in a dominate or for-the-being, a "safer" position is really friggin awesome.

So there ya have it! I'm a fan of grappling and I chose to have grappling be a part of my life forever.
