Fitness Journey

Hey there all! Thanks for checking this out. I really have no idea what to put here but wanted to share this. My fitness journey started back in June when I started going to the gym. When I moved back to NC in March, I did a simple diet change and managed to lose 10 lbs easy but that obviously wasn't going to be effective in the long run, so gym it is! It took a while to perfect a routine for myself and be effective for me. I still managed to lose more weight even when I was figuring things out. I use the Heavy app (username: gaygymnerd) to track my workouts, which helped me cut down my workouts by 30 mins because I was taking long breaks heh. (PHFTTTT the site didn't want to load it but you're more than welcome to ask for it) As you can see with my progress picture, it was a long journey but a satisfying one. It's not easy to commit to something that takes a long time to do and in this case it is 6 months for the span of photos. Please keep in mind that your own fitness journey is that, your own. You have to figure out what works for you. I committed to 5-6 days a week to the gym but that doesn't mean you have to. You'll figure it out and you will get results. I am by no means an expert but if you wish for an opinion/feedback on your plan, feel free to message me. This might get edited a few times but I wanted to get it up heh. Thank you for reading and have a fantastic day!
