Most definitively agree with grapevine and schoolboy pins. Unfortunately at 6'4, the problem with grapevine pin is finding opponents tall enough to apply it properly are rare.
Its like the full nelson – although a hold rather than a pin. The applier has to be close to the same height or taller. Otherwise, they just end up pulling you back off balance. Which isn't a full nelson where pressure is applied forward and downward to the head and neck not pulling them backwards.
If we are wrestling for pins I like to finish the session off with a school boy pin. It's kind of a victor's rights thing with me.

An inch is pretty inconsequential either way. In fact, its not until you reach the 4" mark that the execution of some holds become awkward.
Take a bearhug give and take, for example. That hold is pretty much useless if there's a foot in height difference between you and your opponent.
Sure compromises can be made, but that's a totally different discussion altogether.
