Putting myself down for events as "Uncertain"
Since soon after I joined, I started putting myself down as "Uncertain" when I got a notification of an event I thought I might like to go to, so it'd appear on my profile & remind me.
But it appears right down my profile where I don't see it unless I scroll down, & I don't look at my profile much, so that hasn't been working. (I can't honestly blame the way this site writes dates month/day/year, though that is constantly confusing to me.)
Worse still, I just got a message asking me to rank the Grapevine event yesterday that I had remembered & had been hoping to get to even Friday, but in the end decided I had too much else on. So I really ought to have remembered I'd put my name down & taken it off!
I'll try & be better...
(but I wish the site sent reminders!)

Events additional appear on your calendar, if you have an appointment, like an event, coming up the calendar is displayed on your profile too.
Also, the way how events work gets slightly modified in the coming MeetFighter Summer Update. More information about event changes in the Tracker.
The date/time format is based on your selected language setting. English(UK) and English(US) have a different format. You might want to doublecheck your settings there.
